1. Eligibility for Refund

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Additional bank processing time may apply depending on your financial institution.

2. Refundable Items

The following services are generally eligible for refunds when all applicable terms and conditions are satisfied.

Stall Booking

Exhibition stall booking fees may be refunded according to the cancellation schedule and approval process.

Delegate Registration

Delegate registrations cancelled within the eligible period qualify for refunds after verification.

Sponsorship Packages

Sponsorship refunds depend upon contractual obligations and promotional activities already completed.

Additional Services

Furniture, branding, electricity, internet, and other optional services may qualify if not yet delivered.

3. Non Refundable Items

Certain products and services become non-refundable once resources have been allocated or promotional activities have commenced.

4. Cancellation & Refund Rules

Refund percentages are calculated based on the number of days before the event start date.
