This online payment system is provided by the Andhra Pradesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry Federation, domiciled in India. The Federation may update these terms from time to time, and any changes take effect immediately once posted here — please check back periodically to stay aware of the current terms.

2. Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the facility on this website means you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use the facility. All payments are subject to the conditions below.

Matchmaking services are tailored to your specific need once you log in with your unique password, and payment is normally required in advance, before your activity begins. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees, and the Federation reserves the right to change fees at any time.

• Your payment will normally reach the correct Federation account within two working days.
• We cannot accept liability for a payment that fails to reach the correct account due to an incorrect account number or incorrect personal details, nor for a payment refused or declined by your credit/debit card supplier for any reason.
• If your card supplier declines a payment, the Federation is under no obligation to notify you — please check with your bank or card supplier that the payment has been deducted from your account.
• In no event will the Federation be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or any linked website, or the materials found there, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

3. Refund Policy

• If you leave the Federation before completing your service period, you are not entitled to a refund of paid service fees.
• Where applicable, refunds are made entirely at Management's discretion, and only to the debit or credit card used for the original transaction.
• Nothing in this policy requires the Federation to refund any fee, or part of a fee, that has not already been paid.

4. Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all products, services, and websites offered by the Federation. From time to time, we may publish product-specific privacy notices or Help Centre materials that explain a particular product in more detail. 5. DND Policy

If you wish to stop any further SMS, email alerts, or other contact from us, simply send an email to federation@apchamber.in with your mobile number, and you will be excluded from our alerts list.
